Lara and Genell invite you to gather in nature to honor the Spring Equinox/ New Moon Cycle. Both feel most alive when barefoot among rooted trees, deeper in nature. This winter, as we celebrate both the dark and the returning light, we invite you to nourish your whole nature. We are so excited to take our practice to a beautiful sanctuary in the forest in Freeport, ME.

The morning will unfold as a ceremony guiding us back to center through movement, dance, sauna, and reflection in community, and a spring themed potluck.

These circles are intentionally held on or near the new (dark) moon—the time when the night sky invites us inward. In the stillness of winter, this ritual becomes an opportunity to listen deeply, set intentions, and honor the rhythm of renewal that lives within and around us.

Women have been gathering under the cycles of the moon for thousands of years. Let us continue this sacred tradition through connection, embodiment, and ceremony.

We honor the Sacred Feminine in all her forms and welcome women, non-binary, and gender-queer beings who feel called to express the fullness of their souls.
