Dear Community, these are wild times.  May we each do our part to show up with steadiness, care, compassion, and support.  This evening class has shifted into a donation class for Maine Needs.  Please RSVP here so we have a sense of numbers.  

Suggested Donation: $30.  But donate what you are able.  Donations can be brought in cash, check (to Maine Needs) or direct to Maine Needs via their website.  

This evening practice offers gentle, earth-centered movement and restorative postures supported by cozy props, inviting a sense of grounding and release. Optional hands-on care and healing touch will be offered throughout.
