As the days grow shorter and we move more deeply into the darker season, we’ll take our New Moon gathering outside for a morning of walking, wood-fired sauna, ocean dipping, and connection. The New Moon offers a natural moment to slow down, turn inward, and notice what is ready to be released — and what may be quietly beginning beneath the surface.

We’ll begin with a walk/hike together, taking in the late-fall landscape, and then move into the warmth of Timberstone’s wood-fired sauna.

We’re also intentionally syncing our gathering with high tide, creating the opportunity for ocean dips between sauna rounds. There is something powerful about meeting the New Moon this way — moving with the rhythms of the season and tide, between earth underfoot, cold ocean, fire, and steam.
