Lara Turnure and Genell Huston (of Lila Yoga) invite you to join them at Good Medicine Collective for an evening of deep nourishment.  The evening will be a ceremony guiding ourselves back to our centers using movement, sauna, cold plunge, and reflection in community. 

These evenings are intentionally held on or near the new (dark) moon and during the darkest months of the year. This ritual offers an opportunity to gaze within and claim intentions for the coming moon cycle. Women have been gathering to honor the phases of the moon for thousands of years. Let us keep this practice alive through connection, movement, light nourishment, and the healing waters of the sauna and cold plunge.   

Space will be limited to a small group of women, sign up to save your space.  No experience is necessary and women of all life cycles are welcome.  Join any or all of the offerings as we cycle with the moon this winter.

We, Lara Turnure Healing Arts + Genell of Live Lila, invite you to join us on the evening of Thursday, June 20th, to witness both the light of the Summer Sun and the Strawberry Full Moon. 'Midsummer' is filled with magic, nature, and good spirit. This mini-retreat offers a chance to unwind, spend time in community, and joyfully celebrate the beginning of summer. The evening will be a journey guiding ourselves back to our centers and celebrating the lushness of the land. Feasting our senses in the natural world, and inviting in the joy of the season.

Women have been gathering to honor the phases of the moon for thousands of years. Let us keep this practice alive through our time together remembering.

We are taking our sauna ceremony outside ! Held on a gorgeous piece of land, with ocean views, a sacred sauna, beautiful fire ring, and all surrounded by the sanctuary of a wild forest. We will honor the elements of 'wood-fire-water-and earth' through ritual and embracing birch trees and other forest gifts. Intention to be playful and festive.
