  • Urban ‘Cedar Den’ Sauna Sanctuary will now be available to rent for up to 8 people (private lounge/sauna/optional ice bath)

  • Urban Sauna Sanctuary is reserved for up to 2 people: $95 for a 75 minute session. Additional guests are $15/each per session (can be reserved at time of booking) and up to 8 people total

  • Oasis of calm, restoration, and connection to self + others. HUMANS being.

  • Perfect for a blissful date, solo deepened time, or small gathering of friends, family, loved ones.

  • Sanctuary includes private resting lounge, showers (can be very cold too!),private restroom, herbal peppermint tea + citrus, 1 turkish towel (thin cotton) 1 sitting cloth (all guests need to sit on a cloth in sauna space), filtered water

  • What to wear? The private sauna lounge is private. It is entirely up to you and your guests what to wear - suits, towels, wraps, nada - up to you! We ask that all folks use a sitting cloth/towel in the sauna space.

  • Additional options/add-ons can include: cedar tub ice bath, additional towels, single serving hydration salt packets from LMNT, optional, handmade snack + beverage offerings by Lara (think juicy berries, chocolates, salty snacks, coconut water, yummy fermented foods, soft boiled eggs - let’s talk!)

  • So excited to share in Jan 2025 - handmade Venik (or sauna whisks) created from traditional birth or oak will also be available to purchase as an add-on to your experience
